Shipping

Shipping is free. Orders ship within the United States with a tracking number sent by email.

Orders are packed by hand and usually leave our workshop within 1 to 2 business days.

Returns and refunds

If you are not happy with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you.

To start a return or refund, email à compléter : contact email. We will tell you what to do next. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or missing packages

If something arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email à compléter : contact email with your order number and a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or refund you.
